Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance via email or phone. Cancellations on the day will not be refunded except in exceptional circumstances. Please note, The Community Ecology Movement reserves the right to cancel in bad weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Bats do not fly and feed in heavy rain or strong winds. On days where the weather doesn't look favourable you will be contacted on the day, and then fully refunded.
